Sam and Heinz came out to our block within an half an hour of me phoning them. After looking around the property we discussed price and commission and came to an agreement straight away which suited both parties. Heinz is a No Nonsense Bloke and was easy to deal with, He acted immediately and had the place up for sale almost immediately.
